Here is Osmin....he is a really nice guy but I presume a tough trainer because these people have all lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time. If you see the middle picture on the bottom you can see one of the contestants doing squats with him on her back!! And she is smiling!! Kudos to her...I think that is pretty cool and looking forward to seeing what else he did to these poor people to help them lose the inches and pounds!
